By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• All information you provide is accurate and complete

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices.
• Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.

Orders & Payments
• Orders placed through the Platform constitute an offer to purchase from the Seller.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• www.CloudSouqq.com may hold payments temporarily to facilitate settlements, refunds, or dispute resolution.
Delivery & Fulfillment

• Seller-specific return conditions may apply, subject to UAE law.

• Product warranties are provided by Sellers or manufacturers, not www.CloudSouqq.com
• www.CloudSouqq.com makes no guarantees regarding product quality, fitness, or performance.
• Any product liability claims must be directed to the relevant Seller.
Reviews & User Content
• Users may submit reviews and ratings.
• Content must be truthful, lawful, and non-defamatory.
• www.CloudSouqq.com reserves the right to remove misleading, abusive, or fake reviews.
By submitting content, you grant www.CloudSouqq.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display such content on the Platform.
