4. User & Seller Accounts

5. Orders, Payments & Delivery

• Orders constitute an offer to purchase from Sellers
• Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways
• Delivery timelines are indicative, not guaranteed

7. Prohibited Activities

• Violation of UAE laws
• Fraudulent, misleading, or abusive conduct
• Security bypass or system abuse
• Manipulation of reviews or returns

8. Intellectual Property

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
